Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to Status Craft (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user data, data processing, and compliance frameworks. Because Status Craft is designed as a privacy-first, account-free utility tool, we prioritize processing information locally on your physical device rather than on remote servers.

Important Account-Free Declaration

Status Craft does not feature a user registration, login, or cloud account infrastructure. We do not collect, request, or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or authentication credentials. You use this application completely anonymously.

1. Data Collection and Processing

As a completely local application, data interaction falls into two distinct categories: content handled strictly by your device, and non-personal technical telemetry processed by our third-party service partners.

A. Local Content Operations (We Do Not Collect)

All core functionalities operate purely within your device sandbox environment. We do not upload, scan, mirror, or possess any access to:

  • WhatsApp Status Files: Images and videos accessed from your device’s local storage cache are processed dynamically on-screen. These files are never sent to external servers.

  • User-Generated Media: Any images, text, quotes, custom captions, or split video segments you format inside the App stay stored natively in your device storage.

  • Social Link Bookmarks: The collection of URLs and external links you bookmark within folders is kept in a lightweight local database on your device.

B. Automated Technical Data (Processed by Third-Party SDKs)

To deliver modern application maintenance, stability, and monetization, our application incorporates specific third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). These tools automatically capture non-personally identifiable device metrics:

  • Device Identifiers: Mobile operating system advertising parameters (such as the Google Advertising ID / GAID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers / IDFA).

  • Hardware Telemetry: Device model name, manufacturer, operating system version, system language settings, screen orientation, and network type (e.g., Wi-Fi, 4G).

  • Stability Analytics: Stack traces, system crash dumps, and real-time app exception logs compiled when unexpected software failures occur.

2. Purpose of Processing and Third-Party Sub-Processors

Any non-personal data aggregated via third-party providers is utilized explicitly to serve ads, trace critical runtime application defects, and inspect baseline app performance metrics. We collaborate with the following sub-processors:

  • Google AdMob: Serves personalized or contextual dynamic banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements inside the App. Uses tracking parameters to prevent fraud and manage ad frequency limitations. (Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy)

  • Firebase Crashlytics / Google Analytics: Tracks application crashes, software exceptions, and standard user navigation patterns (e.g., screen transition volume) to optimize app stability. (Privacy Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy)

3. Permissions Requested by the Application

To seamlessly interact with local system file directories without requesting cloud account access, the App utilizes explicit device permissions. Depending on your operating system architecture, the App will request:

  • Storage / Media Access (Android/iOS): Necessary to read cached WhatsApp status media documents and export generated image or video edits back to your system gallery.

  • Biometrics / Device Authentication (Optional): Utilized exclusively if you enable our App Lock or Private Vault. This function uses secure native operating system APIs; your biometric profiles or PIN codes are never read, accessed, or copied by Status Craft.

  • Network Access: Required to download ad units from AdMob networks and transmit anonymous bug reports to Firebase.

4. Data Retention, Local Caching, and Account-Free Deletion

Because we do not run user databases or remote user servers, we maintain no data retention infrastructure for personal information:

  • Your saved media, custom collection folders, and social link bookmarks exist solely within your app data partition. If you uninstall Status Craft or use your device’s built-in application settings to “Clear Storage/Data”, all stored assets are permanently dropped and cannot be recovered.

  • Google AdMob and Firebase retain standard telemetry IDs in compliance with their separate corporate retention guidelines. You can manually reset or zero out your hardware Advertising ID at any time through your mobile operating system’s system settings menu.

5. Compliance with Global Data Frameworks

A. Children’s Online Privacy Protection (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Status Craft does not knowingly collect, target, or request data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 within the EU). Because our platform requires no account setup, we cannot proactively differentiate user age groups. Our third-party ad networks are configured to display standard ad units, and we strongly encourage parents to supervise children’s mobile activities.

B. EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) & UK Data Protection Act

For users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for processing mobile tracking telemetry is your clear, informed Consent. When booting the App, an interactive Consent Management Platform (CMP) banner is initialized. You retain the absolute legal right to modify, grant, or completely withdraw consent variations regarding targeted advertising directly within the App layout or your operating system configurations.

C. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents retain distinct consumer freedoms regarding their metrics. We clarify that we do not sell your personal data in the conventional commercial framework. We do leverage automated identifiers to configure third-party targeted programmatic ads. You may manage or opt-out of behavioral targeting via your mobile platform settings interface by activating options such as “Limit Ad Tracking” (iOS) or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (Android).

6. Security Frameworks

We are dedicated to safeguarding the privacy configurations of our application. All local operations, private vault folders, and lock tools are containerized inside sandboxed platform environments. However, because our application relies completely on the physical security architecture of your individual phone or tablet device, we explicitly disclaim responsibility for file exposures occurring due to system rooting, malware compromises, or unsecured device access patterns.

7. Amendments to Our Privacy Guidelines

We reserve the right to revise or adjust our Privacy Policy parameters over time to align with store compliance transformations or evolving software updates. The updated version will be designated by an adjusted “Last Updated” target timestamp visible at the head of this document and will instantly apply upon deployment inside the application ecosystem.

8. Legal Contact Information

Because our software operates without accounts, we have no mechanism to reference user queries to precise devices. For generic policy investigations, clarification requests, or feedback, you can contact our technical support inbox:
